YUTONG's XS, DS series uses a plug-in structure.
The plug-in structure is the traditional way of small electrical installation. The terminal block and the meter head are separated, the terminal functions are fixed, and the head can be interchanged. After the wiring is completed, the switch repair can be performed without the wiring diagram, and the terminal block will not be moved. It can reduce the workload of wiring and maintenance, especially the mental burden.
The time for inserting and removing the maintenance and changing the meter is very fast, and there is no misconnection when the meter is changed. This is important; when the on-site process is problematic, the change of the meter may be pre-judgmental. If it is not correct, it must be quickly exchanged. “Maintenance” and “maintenance time” are also important factors for functional safety. The insertion structure is suitable for small structure electrical, in order to reduce the center of gravity, enhance stability and shock resistance, the size of the two structural bases of XS and DX are larger than the size of the head; the fulcrum is raised, and the base covers the meter within a certain range; The head is small in size and light in weight. Insertion and extraction with interference tolerance to increase stability.
In the plug-in terminal, the current flowing in and out is constant current, and the voltage receiving mode is high-resistance, all in a high-impedance state (except for the 1-5V output). In principle, the connector between the base and the head requires low reliability. Even if the contact resistance is higher than 10 ohms or higher, the accuracy of the signal is not affected. The power connector is powered by the backplane and only passes the current required by the connector. When the resistance is 50 ohms, as long as the power supply voltage is greater than 20V, it can still be used normally. Note: The contact resistance of the plug-in structure connector is 5mΩ.
The XS and DS series of terminals have fixed terminal functions, 4 inputs and 4 outputs. Pre-wired. When the pre-wiring is done, the head is not plugged, all four input lines are connected to the bottom terminal block, and the four output lines are all connected to the controller transition terminal block. Form a standard universal terminal block.
The cold junction compensating element PT1000 is placed on each base. The non-thermocouple input header is inserted into the base and does not make an electrical connection with the PT1000, which does not affect the use. The error of the PT1000 is 0.2 °C, and the error caused by the head change base is within this range.
The temperature of the base is the same as the temperature of the terminal block of the bottom of the disk, and the cold end of the thermocouple is automatically moved to the bottom terminal block. The bottom terminal of the disc is connected to the base by a common pre-connection with ordinary wires. The connection without using the compensation wire can also meet the requirements of the cold end compensation accuracy. The process number can be wired and then defined, and then the header of the corresponding object can be inserted into the pre-wired base, and the corresponding signal can be connected to the terminal block of the disk. In this way, the instrument panel is generalized and standardized, which is beneficial to batch pre-production, and the same wiring instrument panel can be used for engineering projects of different processes.

Card-mounted structural features
YUTONG's TC series uses a card-mounted structure.
The basic type of TC series is one in four out, two in four out, three in and three out, many terminals, 16 input and output terminals, and two backplane power terminals, a total of 18, using a card structure.
The card type structure is a mounted electrical type, which is characterized in that the main body is fixed, the wiring or the terminal block can be moved, which is opposite to the plug-in structure, the latter is fixed by the wiring, and the main body can be moved. The wiring installation of the two structures is generally the same. The difference is that the maintenance is changed, the former needs to go offline, and the latter does not.
The advantage of the card structure is that the volume and the number of terminals can be changed as needed. The use of the connector mode wiring shortens the time for maintenance and change of the watch, and the plug error-proof insertion structure also prevents the wrong wiring to some extent.
TC one in multiple out or multiple inputs and output forms, facing system redundancy, especially multiple redundant processes, providing simplification of instrument layout; multiple acquisition of one object, or redundant control output, completed in one unit meter internally, the structure is simplified to the usual single-table form. It also facilitates the judgment of faults and shortens the repair processing time.
In addition to the intelligent universal table in the form of one input multiple output and multiple input and multiple output, the TC mainly provides a large number of analog safety barriers and isolators in one input multiple output and multiple input and multiple output modes. All use voltage isolation, automatic load output new technology and no heat circuit, the static power consumption remaining in the meter is very small, the whole machine has no heat, so there is no heat sink slot. The output of the analog meter is continuous, no cycle, does not produce a wrong shot with the sampling period of the system, and the resolution has no bit spacing, which is much higher than the sampling and output resolution of the digital control system, and the functional safety. The relationship is simple and helps to improve the functional safety level of the applicable object.
